Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • ½ cup brewed and chilled MannaBrew (or 2 Tbsp concentrate)
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (unflavored, grass-fed preferred)
  • 1 frozen banana (natural sweetness + prebiotic fiber)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (fiber + omega-3s, adds creaminess)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (adjust to desired thickness)

 

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 tsp inulin powder or acacia fiber (for added prebiotics)
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder (rich flavor + antioxidants)
  • Handful of spinach (boost fiber and micronutrients without changing the taste)

 

Instructions:

  1. Brew & Chill
    • Brew MannaBrew and let it cool, or use ready-made concentrate.
  2. Blend All Ingredients

    • Add everything to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy (about 30–45 seconds).
  3. Adjust Sweetness
    • Add a touch of honey, maple syrup, or stevia if needed.
  4. Serve Cold
    • Pour into a glass, top with cinnamon or cacao nibs if desired, and enjoy!
