Mix 8g MannaBrew powder with 240 ml cold water.
Steep in the fridge for 12–18 hours.
Strain and set aside.
2. Make the Chocolate Cold Foam:
In a small bowl or French press, combine:
2 teaspoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon milk
1 oz (30 ml) chocolate syrup
Whisk vigorously by hand, or use a milk frother / handheld frother for 20–30 seconds until it becomes thick, creamy, and forms soft peaks (it should be light and airy but still pourable).
For best results, use very cold cream and milk. You can also shake the ingredients vigorously in a small jar with a lid for 15–20 seconds.
3. Assemble the Drink:
Drizzle 1 oz of chocolate sauce around the inside bottom of a glass.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour the 4 oz MannaBrew cold brew over the ice.
Gently spoon or pour the chocolate cold foam on top.
Dust with cacao powder or sprinkle chocolate shavings for garnish.
