Iced MannaBrew Mocha Shake

A creamy, refreshing blend with the rich taste of roasted mesquite, subtle chocolate notes, and zero caffeine—perfect for warm mornings or a midday boost without the crash.

Brew Time: 10 minutes (can be pre-brewed and chilled)
Ingredients:
- ½ cup strong brewed MannaBrew (cooled or chilled)
- ½ frozen banana (for natural sweetness and creaminess)
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon almond butter or tahini (for healthy fats and creaminess)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1 scoop collagen powder or plant-based protein (optional)
- Handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
- Brew and chill the MannaBrew:
Brew 2 tablespoons of MannaBrew grounds in ½ cup hot water. Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain and cool (or make ahead and refrigerate). - Blend it all together:
In a blender, combine the chilled MannaBrew, frozen banana, almond milk, cocoa powder, almond butter, sweetener, and optional add-ins. - Add ice and blend again:
Toss in a few ice cubes and blend until smooth, creamy, and frothy. - Serve:
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately. Garnish with a dusting of cocoa or cinnamon if desired.
