Creamy Cinnamon MannaBrew Latte

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons MannaBrew grounds
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk for extra creaminess)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or raw honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Pinch of sea salt (to enhance flavor)

 

Instructions:

  1. Brew the MannaBrew:
    Add MannaBrew grounds to a French press, pour in hot water (just off the boil), stir gently, and let steep for 5–7 minutes. Press and pour into your favorite mug.
  2. Froth the Milk:
    In a small saucepan, heat almond milk on low with cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup (if using), and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk until warm and slightly frothy. Alternatively, use a milk frother.
  3. Combine and Serve:
    Pour the warm spiced milk into the brewed MannaBrew. Stir gently, sprinkle with extra cinnamon on top, and enjoy!
