60–120 ml milk (dairy or oat works best)
1–2 tsp honey or caramel syrup
1 crushed biscuit (e.g., digestive-style or caramel biscuit)
Pinch of cinnamon
Optional: dash vanilla extract
Instructions
Brew your MannaBrew (standard ratio: 8 g / 250 ml).
Add to a blender:
MannaBrew
Crushed biscuit
Honey/caramel
Cinnamon
Blend until smooth.
Heat gently.
Add warm milk and lightly froth.
