MannaBrew Salted Caramel Mesquite Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup cold brewed MannaBrew

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk for extra creaminess)

1 frozen banana

1 tbsp mesquite powder

1–2 tsp maple syrup or date syrup 

1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

A small pinch of sea salt (key for caramel flavour)

½ tsp vanilla extract

A handful of ice cubes

 

Method

Brew MannaBrew, chill or use cold brew concentrate.

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until creamy and smooth.

Taste — add salt for richer caramel, maple syrup for sweetness.

Serve cold with ice — optionally top with cacao nibs + a drizzle of maple.
