Iced Mannabrew

Serves: 1 | Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Ingredients:

  1. 1 scoop of MannaBrew
  2. 1 cup hot water (just below boiling)
  3. ½ cup ice cubes
  4. ¼ cup milk or dairy-free alternative (almond, oat, or coconut work great)
  5. 1 tsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Brew the MannaBrew:
    1. Add MannaBrew grounds to a French press or coffee filter.
    2. Pour hot water over it and let steep for 4-5 minutes.
    3. Strain or press down and let cool slightly.
  2. Combine MannaBrew, honey and milk
    1. Make sure the honey is completely dissolved
    2. Let the brew cool and then add ice cubes
    3. Stir in milk of choice.
  3. Enhance the Flavor (Optional):
    1. Mix in vanilla extract for a smooth, aromatic touch.
    2. Sprinkle cinnamon or cacao powder on top.
  4. Enjoy!

How to Brew MannaBrew

Espresso
Put 1 level scoop of MannaBrew (8 grams) into the portafilter, spread grounds evenly, and extract 30ml espresso as normal. (Not recommended for bean to cup machines).

Fill basket halfway with MannaBrew, place on medium-high heat, and allow to percolate.

French Press
Use 1 level scoop of MannaBrew (8 grams) per 250ml cup of water. Stir through gently. Allow to brew for 4 minutes before plunging.

Use 1 level scoop of MannaBrew (8 grams) per 250ml cup of water.

Fill portafilter basket halfway, tamp down lightly, and extract espresso as normal. (Not for use in automatic machines).
