Collagen MannaBrew Smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 1):
- ½ cup brewed and chilled MannaBrew (or 2 Tbsp concentrate)
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (unflavored, grass-fed preferred)
- 1 frozen banana (natural sweetness + prebiotic fiber)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds (fiber + omega-3s, adds creaminess)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (adjust to desired thickness)
Optional Add-ins:
- 1 tsp inulin powder or acacia fiber (for added prebiotics)
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder (rich flavor + antioxidants)
- Handful of spinach (boost fiber and micronutrients without changing the taste)
Instructions:
- Brew & Chill
- Brew MannaBrew and let it cool, or use ready-made concentrate.
